🐶 What exactly does EcoPet Waste do?
We offer a professional dog poo pickup service – we visit your property weekly (or as scheduled), scoop all pet waste from your yard, and dispose of it for you. No mess, no stress!
📍What areas do you service?
We currently service Inner Brisbane and the Western Suburbs. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our zone, just pop your postcode into our booking form or get in touch and we’ll let you know.
💩 Where does the waste go?
Depending on your service type, we either dispose of it in your residential bin (in an eco-friendly, double-sealed bag) or remove it from your property entirely for off-site disposal.
📆 How often do you come?
Most of our clients book weekly pickups, but we also offer one-off, fortnightly, or custom schedules depending on your needs.
🐕 Do I need to be home during the visit?
Nope! As long as we have safe access to your yard and your dog is secured, we can carry out the service without you needing to be there.
🔐 Is it safe to give you access to my yard?
Absolutely. Our technicians are fully vetted and trained. If we require gate access, we’ll discuss safe options during setup — and we always lock up behind us.
🐾 What types of pets do you clean up after?
Right now, we focus on dogs. If you’ve got a unique situation (multiple pets, large property, etc.), feel free to contact us — we’re flexible!
💳 How do I pay?
One of our team will send you a secure link once we’ve confirmed your booking. We accept all major cards, Link and Apple Pay.
❌ Can I cancel or pause my service?
Of course. You can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts. Just give us 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit.
